Do you offer local pickup?

Yes we do offer local pickup in Mississauga, ON. Please message us through the contact us page and we will provide more information and a coupon code.

Why is there no tax on my order?

In Canada, small businesses that qualify as a small supplier are not required to register for or collect GST/HST on their products. However, online marketplaces such as Etsy still collect and remit applicable taxes on behalf of sellers. As a result, buyers may see tax charged on Etsy purchases even if the individual seller would not otherwise be required to collect it on their own website or direct sales.

Can I return my order? 

Because each item is lovingly handmade, all sales are final, and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If there’s any issue with your order—such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item—please reach out on the contact us page within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to make it right.

What are your shipping options?

Canadian $3/$8 shipping/US approx. $7-14 USD

Canadian Orders Shipped with Chitchats select service 2-8 Business days, does not use Canada Post. No shipping to PO Boxes or RR addresses or Business addresses. Includes full tracking

$3 Canada Post letter mail shipping available on some small items only in Canada. No tracking number available and shipping may take 3-10 business days or longer for some remote areas.

US orders shipped with Chitchats select service 4-9 Business Days. Includes full tracking. All Duties/Tariffs Prepaid by me included in the shipping cost.
