Why is there no tax on my order?

In Canada, small businesses that qualify as a small supplier are not required to register for or collect GST/HST on their products. However, online marketplaces such as Etsy still collect and remit applicable taxes on behalf of sellers. As a result, buyers may see tax charged on Etsy purchases even if the individual seller would not otherwise be required to collect it on their own website or direct sales.

Canadian $3/$8 shipping/US approx. $7-14+ USD

Canadian Orders Shipped with Chitchats select service 2-8 Business days, does not use Canada Post. No shipping to PO Boxes or RR addresses or Business addresses. Includes full tracking

$3 Canada Post letter mail shipping available on some small items. No tracking number available and shipping may take 3-10 business days or longer for some remote areas.

US orders shipped with Chitchats select service 4-9 Business Days. Includes full tracking. All Duties/Tariffs Prepaid by me and are already included in the shipping cost. 

Shipping & Delivery

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund where appropriate. Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer can be re-shipped once additional postage is paid.
